Frequently asked questions about staying at Llandyn Holiday Park

If you are staying on a touring pitch, you can check in anytime between ​1.00pm and 6.00pm. For early or late check in, please contact us. We ask that you check out of our touring pitches before 12.00pm and hope that you’ll leave feeling rested and relaxed. 

Yes we are dog friendly! Llandyn is surrounded by an abundance of dog walks.

We are situated close to many local dog-friendly places to eat and drink.

We just ask that you keep your dog quiet, under control and on a short lead when on the park. We also ask that you clear any fouling immediately.

Our nearest pub is The Sun Trevor, and it’s an easy walk from site. Head to the canal, turn right and follow the towpath — The Sun Trevor will be on your left.

Llangollen is also full of great places to eat and drink, from cosy real ale pubs to popular foodie spots, all within easy walking distance.

Llangollen has a traditional high street where you can find independent butchers, bakery, delicatessen and green grocer. There is also an Aldi and a Co-op.

We have good mobile signal at the park.

We do not have wifi at the site, however 4G is available at the site.

BBQ’s are allowed, however, we do ask that you keep them elevated off the grass so as not to scorch it. All BBQ’s must be extinguished by 10pm at the latest. Campfires are only allowed in fire pits provided by us, using wood purchased on site. 

We allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, then two pitches must be booked. Groups or large parties are only permitted with prior arrangement.

Yes, we provide space for people to park their car next to their tents, caravans etc.

We are 1 hour’s drive away from Zip World

Llandyn is just under an hour’s drive to reach Eryri National Park.

No refunds are given where customers decide to leave the Park before the end of their booking.

If a confirmed booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the payment may be transferred to a subsequent date in the same year for the same customer, subject to availability, however an additional payment may be required.

Cancellations must be put into writing. If a confirmed booking is cancelled less than ​14 days before the date of your arrival and we are unable to re-let your pitch, your payment may be forfeited.
